Father and son combo, Jim and Mike McCormick brought a Rixen cable system to Seffner,Florida in July of 2008. Jim McCormick, now 70, built the current 80 acre facility in 1976. For the past seven years his eldest son, Michael has been running the day to day business of the school, which has become a mecca in the professional water-ski world. The addition of the new clockwise rotating cable wake park is just the next step in the evolution of a legend’s vision and dream.
